FLOWERS
Seasonal bespoke arrangements are offered throughout the year
for collection or delivery.
Orders
Orders need to be made two weeks in advance of collection/delivery.
A 50% deposit is required upon comfirmation of
orders over £200.
Balance payment must be made upon collection
and prior to delivery.
Collection
Because of the nature of freshly cut flowers prompt collection is necessary. Delays in collection can result in deterioration
of flowers. Storage for larger orders is limited so prompt
collection is essential to avoid any extra storage costs.
Delivery
Free delivery can be arranged up to a 12 mile radius from Millefleur. Wider areas can be arranged at an additional cost. When ordering flowers for delivery it's important to give us all the necessary
details regarding location, contacts, access and storage.
If no-one is available to take delivery please be very clear with
details of a safe place where your order can be left. Please
ensure that the designated area is dry, cool and out of the
wind. Doing so is done at the customers risk and we
will photograph the location for proof of delivery.
Materials
From spring to autumn we use British flowers from our own cutting garden or local growers. During winter months we use foraged foliage, locally grown dried elements and winter bulbs.
We believe that garden grown elements are uniquely beautiful
and full of character. Having been grown without chemicals
the fresh flowers can last from three to five days.
Dried arrangements should last many months
if handled with proper care.
If ordering flowers for an event please ensure that flowers are kept somewhere cool, out of droughts and direct sunlight. Keep vases topped up with clean fresh water to ensure beautiful, hydrated flowers for your special occasion. All flowers will have been
freshly cut and carefully conditioned prior to collection or
delivery. We do not accept responsibility for deterioration
in condition as a result of damage upon collection,
storage conditions or lack of hydration.
We reserve the right to adapt any designs according to seasonal availability and weather conditions. We cannot guarantee
specific varieties but will inform you of any change.
We always try our utmost to find the nearest
most beautiful solution.

All prices are discussed and agreed to prior to confirmation
of orders. Please note that prices can change at any time.

Every wreath we make is completely unique and made to order.
Images of our creations on our website are intended to provide an indication of design and material possibilities. If you would like
a previous wreath design of ours we will endeavour to create wreaths that closely match. However, replication is subject to seasonal availability of materials.
Please be aware that wreaths are made from fragile organic materials and should be treated with care when being removed from their packaging and hung. We recommend that our dried wreaths be
hung inside or in a sheltered area protected from wind, rain and excessive moisture. Fresh wreaths should be watered weekly
in winter months and daily if in full sun. Watering should be
done with a spray diffuser on the reverse side.
Prices
Single wreaths start from £95 inc. vat All prices are discussed and agreed to prior to confirmation of orders. Please note that prices
can change at any time. Once a payment has been placed that secures your order at the price of the time of purchase.
Returns
We very much hope that you love your wreath. However if you are not satisfied please email or call us immediately. Please send us relevant photos of any damage at point of opening packaging.
To arrange a refund or exchange you need to send back the wreath within one week in the original packaging and in the condition you received it in.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We photograph every floral design we create for archive and promotional purposes. These images will not be used until
after your event and where possible we will inform you
of the usage. If you do not wish images to be shared
please make us aware and we will only use these
for our private archive.
All images within the website are the property of Millefleur, unless credited to another person or company. Reproduction, distribution
and editing is strictly forbidden unless authorised.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS
We offer these services all year round.
Please feel free to contact us well in advance in order that we
can offer you our best advice and prices.
Bookings must be made three months in advance and our full T&C's for the supply of wedding and event flowers will be included
at the time of quotation.
WEBSITE
By purchasing products from Millefleur you agree to be bound by our T&C's. We reserve the right to amend the content of our website at any time and without notice.
